It's still on the market from what I understand. Last I heard some time ago there was an offer but I have no idea what's going on. Hopefully the Bushy will be back in business again soon. | |

The hotel is to be or already is heritage listed due to its connection with Ben Hall. As such, it is very hard to sell the property because in addition to the listing, the hotel needs a lot of work to bring the structure up to scratch, whist working to hertiage restrictions imposed by govt regulations.
