Afternoon pilgrims, My brother and I recently spent a few hours at St Johns on Mundy Street in Goulburn. Our mum has just moved to Goulburn and this place is just down the road, begging to be photographed. So we did. My brother opened the doors, and it took us quite awhile to go through the place. We were more worried about coming across squatters than anything else, but we did freak out with a wardrobe. There were so many wardrobes! My brother went to open one and the door was stuck, so he took a deep breath and yanked. It contained 2 old pigeon nests with old eggs in. Whew! We did notice the feeling as we went from room to room. Some were freezing, some felt like a person had just stepped out, moments before we walked in. Actually we got that feeling alot. The place felt so full. Not in a ' gunna getchya' kind of way, but we definitely felt multiple presences, following us around with a meek mouse curiosity. I don't think any of my photos revealed anything of paranormal interest, but I will have a closer look I think. The link to the little slidewhow I made is on my profile page if anyone is interested. Be careful in that old place mate! It's now privately owned and the police patrol it regularly. The new owners are sick of trespassers and charge them heavily when they catch them. | |

I absolutely agree Chucky, ACT Paranormal does not endorse anyone trespassing upon privately owned property without the expressed permission or knowledge of the owners. However, Goulburn is such an exciting place in our region. So full of history. Effected, I am quite fascinated that you should be aware of your feelings during your walking around, as using your senses are also important in sensing spirit. Some people forget this and can miss out on opportunities to get evidence of survival such as spirit photos or EVP. | |

Goulburn has just started doing ghost tours ! Apparently St John's is one of the places you visit | |
